This week, the UK government has openly moved from using the Online Safety Act for age verification to using it for censorship.
On Monday, the Government announced urgent action to strengthen the Online Safety Act by amending it to classify content encouraging or assisting serious self-harm as a “priority offence” for all users, not just children.
This change will legally require tech companies to proactively use cutting-edge technology to hunt down and remove such material before it can reach users, rather than simply reacting after it has been published.
As with all these nefarious schemes, who decides what content causes “self-harm”? It is open-ended and can be applied to just about any content – which is the intention.

The following are extracts from the article ‘UK OSA moves past age assurance into censorship with self-harm content designation’ published by Biometric Update on 9 September 2025.
The UK government continues to build out the Online Safety Act (“OSA”), this week announcing tighter legal requirements for platforms to locate and remove material that encourages or assists serious self-harm.
The change means that platforms will have the responsibility to ensure content previously subject to age assurance regulations, which is also being made illegal, is intercepted and removed before reaching children or adult users.
The move is just the first in what is expected to be a series of amendments toughening the OSA by new Technology Secretary Liz Kendall. Ofcom is expected to publish a register of regulated services soon, MLex reports, after the government’s approach to categorisation was upheld in court.
A release from the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (“DSIT”) says the OSA will be amended to classify self-harm content as a “priority offence.” It specifies that, while the measure is partly to protect children from content that promotes suicide, eating disorders and “online challenges or hoaxes that may encourage someone to take part in an activity that could cause them harm,” it also aims to help adults with mental health challenges avoid bogus medical advice and potential triggers.
“Our enhanced protections will make clear to social media companies that taking immediate steps to keep users safe from toxic material that could be the difference between life and death is not an option, but the law,” Kendall said.
DSIT says it imposes the “strongest possible legal protections, compelling platforms to use cutting-edge technology to actively seek out and eliminate this content before it can reach users and cause irreparable harm.” This suggests a market need for content moderation software that can automate the detection and takedown process.
Andy Lulham, COO at Verifymy, which develops technology designed to make the internet “safer” for children and society, is delighted. He said, “The good news is that the technology is here,” even if it needs a little help from its human friends.
“The UK government is pressing ahead with a preventative, proactive model of content moderation that will be broadly welcomed … Now, Ofcom must ensure platforms live up to their duty of care and prioritise the safety of their users accordingly,” Lulham added.
The new regulations will come into effect three weeks after they are approved in both Houses of Parliament. “We expect this Statutory Instrument (SI) to be laid in the autumn,” a UK government press release said.

Will the medical establishment’s encouragement for children to undergo gender reassignment be considered as promoting harmful content?
Will that kind of politically correct mind-bending be “actively sought out and eliminated”?
What about the move to increase the amount of unnecessary vaccinations for younger and younger children, will that be considered as promoting serious self-harm?
And what about Kim Ledbetter’s assisted suicide bill, should anyone who rubber stamps such euthanasia machines be allowed to walk free, is encouraging suicide not causing irreparable harm?

There is no legitimate law in the Uk. In fact, so-called law is a commercial contract offered by the Crown and its government. There isn’t any democracy, the vote is a complete fraud.
And since the Crown refuses to disclose its legal position relative to the people, that null & voids their claim of democracy in the Uk.
Be as all this may well be.
But when you say “that null & voids their claim of democracy in the UK.” Even if the so-called democratic process had zero “fraud” in it from the ballot box to the count, would the eventual outcome be any different?
The Bible tells us in no uncertain terms that apostasy and increasing evil are the hallmarks of the last days before the Day of the Lord (if you believe) – so people voting in an unfraudulent and unrigged voting system may well be disposed to vote for the least moral candidates/party in an election-same result! The only difference being a fair count.
Many today hold to a new saying “when a politician’s lips are moving-they’re lying!” And these ‘Right Honourable’ types are the very ones who laud democracy – the very system that will usher in the coming antichrist.
Note – “content encouraging or assisting serious self-harm” – they would have used this against vaxx truthers and they will use it to stop information about health supplements being available on the internet.
The UK is scared of the truth getting out about their corruption and evil deeds, they want total control of the people.
